After the success of his inaugural restaurant at The Cheltenham Festival in 2014, Albert Roux will be hosting Chez Roux at Newmarket over the two days of the QIPCO Guineas Festival. This fine dining experience offers guests the very best in cuisine, with stunning dishes to savour whilst watching some of the best flat racing in the world.
Chez Roux at Newmarket can be found on the third floor of the Millennium grandstand in the Champions Gallery restaurant which has breath-taking views of the “Home of Racing”.
Albert Roux is one of the heroes of French cuisine his name is associated with some of the most famous restaurants in the world, including Le Gavroche in London, where he first made his name. Now Albert brings some of his signature dishes to Newmarket with a delicious four course menu and beautiful afternoon tea. We are certain that you will not enjoy food of better quality on a racecourse than at Chez Roux at Newmarket and recommend that this is the Restaurant in which to entertain family, friends or clients.
