The Hornblower Room caters for groups from 30 up to 50 guests, giving it real flexibility depending on the occasion. Ripon Racecourse is a genuinely beautiful setting for a group day out, and this is one of its most distinctive spaces.
Booking is easy and completely free of booking fees. If you’re planning a group event at Ripon, The Hornblower Room is well worth reserving early.
The room caters for a minimum of 30 guests and can seat a maximum of 40 guests for a seated meal or 50 guests for a buffet.
For Cash & Account Bars there will be an additional service charge from the caterers.
Account Bar – an estimated £20 per person +vat required on booking with actual consumption invoiced in full after the event.
Cash Bar – This option requires an additional member of staff charged at £137.55 +vat (for each staff member needed)
An option Bar Package will incur no additional costs.
