          The historic St. Leger festival marks the high point of the racing calendar at Doncaster Racecourse. The Furity Trophy in October is the final Group 1 race of the British season, a race for top-class two-year-olds with classic aspirations. While the November Handicap effectively brings to an end the Flat season at Doncaster.

          The St Leger always takes place on the second Saturday in September.

          Usually, gates unlock two hours prior to the commencement of the initial race. However, for notable feature events and festival fixtures, gates might be accessible earlier than usual.

          Race timings are subject to change, so it's advisable to verify the schedule for your particular fixture. Generally, the racecourse, along with its bars and food outlets, will conclude operations shortly following the final race. However, during Live After Racing nights or themed racenights featuring post-race music, the live entertainment will typically last for an hour to 90 minutes after the last race, with the racecourse closing shortly thereafter.

          Main Reception Entrance is designated for County Enclosure, Premier Enclosure, and Hospitality Guests, while guests in the Grandstand Enclosure should utilize the entrance located outside the racecourse on Leger Way.
