Plumpton Races

Located in the village of Plumpton in East Sussex, it is close to Lewes and Brighton. Plumpton Racecourse opened in 1884 and is a tight undulating left-handed course that only features National Hunt Racing. Racing 17 times during the year between September and May, Plumpton is the hidden Gem in the world of horse racing. As the course is just over a mile around all facilities offer great vies of the course and you feel as though you can almost touch the horses as they thunder past the winning post on each circuit of the course.

The Private Boxes at Plumpton are located within the Southdown Stand and the Lewes Stand. On occasions, the much sought after Directors Box which is located in the Sussex stand becomes available giving exceptional Panoramic views over the South Downs and Racecourse.

The Paddock Restaurant is located on the first floor of the Sussex Stand with its own private balcony. The Final Fence Restaurant is located in the marquee adjacent to the last fence and boasts its own private lawn overlooking the Racetrack.
